The Office of Occupational Medicine (Office de la Médecine du Travail de Monaco - OMT) is a trusted advisor to employers and employees on health, hygiene and safety issues, and is responsible for safeguarding the health of employees throughout their working lives in the Principality.
The OMT consists of a multidisciplinary team working across two sections: the medical division and the prevention division; their combined resources unite medical supervision with specific interventions in the workplace, and work alongside employers to fulfil our mission of safeguarding.
The OMT also participates in public health programmes set up by the Principality, conducting screenings and vaccinations and supporting initiatives to combat smoking, alcoholism and contagious diseases.
